卡巴斯基 KAV/KIS 2008 beta 版釋出 (Kaspersky Anti-Virus)

想不到一年又過了，才剛聽說卡巴斯基推出了7.0的版本，然後又遇到很多BUG跟問題，陸續都處理好、修補好之後，馬上又看到「卡巴斯基 2008」推出新版了。果然軟體產業還真的是苟日新、日日新、又日新啊～～ 新版卡巴斯基 KAV/KIS 2008有啥新東西呢？
其實防毒軟體有沒啥新功能，對我這個不懂病毒的end user來說還真的看不太懂，，

這次卡巴斯基的改版，在介面上看到一個相當有趣的「紅綠燈」，當你開啟卡巴斯基軟體主畫面後，畫面最上方會有個燈號，如果你的電腦沒有執行全電腦掃毒或遇到其他較不安全的狀況時，會閃黃燈，這時候你可以按一下那個黃燈，執行建議的掃毒或更新動作。
如圖，當我們依照指示執行掃毒工作後，原本的黃燈會變成綠燈，表示現在是比較安全的狀態，這樣的方式感覺還真不錯哩。
偵測到病毒是，又會變成黃燈，要我們小心處理。

1) Quarantine and backup implemented – now the are logically joined together and are located on the “Detected” tab

6) proccess protection (done, but by default is not enabled)

11) In PIW added pages for selection of detected threats and an option for participation in Kaspersky Security NetworkFixed new:
+ “update bar” does not according to real status
+ tray context menu does not reflect status of a running scan (full scan)
+ error “Not found” when scanning archives
+ Ascending grouping by date in HIPS
+ Broken scanning of password-protected archives. Clear from the logs, that only file names are scanned, nut no password prompted
+ the scan always starts from the beginning, even when you answer yes in the resume popup
+ Filter for System watch>Detected>All detected malware is not checked (which is responsible OAS alerts)
+ Default icon when when the info is missing in the alert
+ Issue Details – 31140: Updater: Signature timestamp date does not update
+ AVZSecurity… installing/unticking Not important checkbox the focus (choice) alwas defaults to Recommended. The same situation is Privacy Cleaner
+ Privacy Cleaner: pressing or hovering over Cancel in settings the group collapses
+ When there is only one defined Update Server it should not be uncheckable because it would lead to update failure (“No update server defined” error).
+ Task HIPS does not auto-launch – need to manually start it after product initialization
+ Window for pausing protection is yet again broken
+ Descending grouping by date is not implemented in HIPS
+ if you expand the verdict column in the scan report, every file is listed with “new threat”
+ “Privacy cleaner wizards…” -> “Privacy cleaner wizard will help you to find and correct settings that may compromise your privacy”
+ Options window is not modal. Maybe we should implement the “Apply” button
+ “very ago” could be “Past 6 months” or “Past year” …depending on how long you want to sort back OR “a long time ago”
+ GUI overlap after a completed update
+ “Suterday -> Saturday”; “Wensday” -> “Wednesday”; “Tree weeks” -> “Three weeks”
+ “No any traces are available” -> “No traces are available”
+ Settings menu the KIS icon in tray opens Options window -> Rename
+ Pressing tray icon should always default to opening Protection>HomeKnown problems:
– Yield proccess execution to free resources is not implemented as of yet when scanning occurs
– Dialogs for updating and scanning are only in basic variants
– PDM events are not complete
– control of devices is not implemented in HIPS
